Charisma Cardz -Happy Birthday

Good morning and Happy 4th Birthday to Charisma Cardz, I'm proud to say that I have been a part of the challenge blog since the very start.  Although there is no way that it seems anywhere like 4 years ago, I know we always say it like when there's a birthday or anniversary but it really does seem like time flies!!!!

So onto this weeks challenge and the theme, of course, is Happy Birthday!

Hope christmas was a good one for you.  Ours was good, lots of family time, lots of pressies, lots of food, but also lots of illness!!  We're all getting better now thank goodness!

Anyhow onto the reason for this post, the first Charisma Cardz challenge of 2013 and the theme is Monochrome.  I went for shades of blue!!

Charisma Cardz - Santa Claus is Coming to Town

Good morning, not long until the big day now, are you ready for Santa??  We've delivered our pressies, just have a few more to wrap for each other and the girls, and got the grocery shopping to do and we're done done done!!  We have my youngest daughters 8th birthday on the 23rd and my dads birthday on the 24th so it's a busy old time for us!

Anyhow onto the reason for this post, we've got a new challenge over at Charisma Cardz and the theme is 'Santa Claus is Coming to Town' (obviously include a Santa!).  I've made a decorative wrapper to jazz up a bar of chocolate, cute huh, and oh so simple?!

My eldest wanted a little gift for a few friends at school, so following the above chocolate bar wrapper idea, we got some bigger bars, and gave the a snowman look.  I cut and showed her how to make the hats and she did the rest herself.  Cute don't you think?

Good morning, time for a new Charisma Cardz challenge and this week our theme is 'christmas'.  Oh boy it's not far away now is it, are you ready, have you written all of your cards, purchased your pressies, decorated your trees?  I have!!  Well the shopping is done, most of the wrapping (thanks to hubs), the decorating, but still writing the cards and have to admit they are shop bought ones again this year!!!!!

Anyhow, here is my card and it's my first attempt at a twisted easel card, I don't think it's too bad really!

Charisma Cardz colour combo challenge

I'm having all sorts of blogging issues at the moment, and can't post any more photos as apparantly I have used up all of my free 1gb of storage and need to purchase more??????  Never knew anything about this?  and won't be paying for more, so unless there is a way around this I will have to end my blog, which is a shame after so many years!!

Charisma Cardz -Feeling Blue

There's a new challenge over at Charisma Cardz and as you can see from the post title our theme is Feeling Blue.

I've made a card for my cousins little girl who turns 8 at the end of the month.  The image is a cutie from Pollycraft, although you can't see it I've used a gel pen and the icing looks a bit like glace icing!!!!
