Here is an easel card I made (I guess for myself lol!) using the wonderful freebie image from SJ's Little Musings. Sarah Jane kindly gave us 2 images this week, and I was amazed at how much they reminded me of me and my girls, me minus my glasses and weight lol!! When I was making this card Hollie came up to me and had a look and without a word of a lie, she said "that's me and that's you mummy!".
I have made an easel style card as I just love these, which means that I can enter it into the Lili of the Valley challenge!
The other afternoon whilst preparing the tea I had the Alan Titchmarsh show on in the background, and I really do like it when he has his 'florist to the stars' on as he does some fabby things!! Well the arrangements he had done for Mothers Day were great, all cupcakes, nickerbockerglory's etc, so yesterday morning was spent buying the bits and pieces to have a go at recreating some cupcakes!! What do you think? They are meant to look like they are iced with a cherry on top!they are actually in the silicone cup cake cases!
then whilst rumaging in the garage I came accross a little galvanized watering can which we had originally bought for MIL do decorate when they had their narrow boat, but as you can see she never got it! So I made a little arrangement with the leftover bits from the cupcakes and some conifer greenery which I cut from the garden!
