Charisma Cardz - Something for the Boys

Good morning, wow the weeks are flying by quickly, soon be christmas lol!!!!

New challenge time at Charisma Cardz and this weeks theme is 'something for the guys'.  I dug out my Little Musings disc and printed this little fella out, printer is playing up so the colours are totally wrong but I kinda liked the yellow hoody and just went over the jeans (which printed out PINK!!) and the bright orange hair!

Charisma Cardz - Shaped Cards

Good morning, it's time for a new challenge over at Charisma Cardz and as you can see from the post title our theme this week is 'Shaped Cards'.

I've gone for a round card, I loved this image as soon as I saw it in my Pollycraft 100 image digi package which I purchased just before Paula closed her shop.  If I'd of had a large snowflake I think that would've been a better addition than the flower, but I haven't so just went with it, and I don't think it looks too bad!!

Back to school tears!!

Been having probs trying to upload pictures into my post, hence not posting for a while!  Don't know what I've done differently today but it seems to be working again!!  Bloomin technology lol!!

Thursday was 1st day back to school after the summer holidays, and as expected my youngest was in tears!  For some the holidays aren't long enough, but I think for her they are too long!  She gets used to being home, getting up when she wants, wearing what she wants, eating whenever, going out and about, and although I rraaaarr.... at them she gets used to being home with me.

and just look at that blotchy little face!!  the thing that makes this year worse is that her and her 2 bessie mates have all been split into different classes and all have new teachers, I do feel a bit sorry for them, but they can catch up at break and lunch time.

 just had to show you this picture, last day of the hols we went to the cinema and nipped into a couple of shops, now 'owls' are supposed to be the 'in' thing this season and yes I have my eye on a top (I'll be dropping hints for my birthday next month ;0) ) we found these wonderful hats in Primarni, if I didn't think that i would look like a wally in one I would have one myself!!!!!

Charisma Cardz -Marvelous Monochrome

Good morning, a scheduled post from me as I'm sitting in the hospital waiting to have an endoscopy (camera search) done of my stomach! oh the joy!

It's new challenge time over at Charisma Cardz and if you don't like the theme blame me I chose it lol!!  Yes I've gone for Marvelous Monochrome.  I've gone for a change in colour, usually when I do monochrome I do black and white so red was a complete change and I LOVE it!!!  The smudged background was a complete accident I was only trying to do the very edge and  I over splodged!

Charisma Cardz -Favourite Animal

Good morning, it's time for a new challenge over at Charisma Cardz and this weeks theme is to include 'Favourite Animal' in your creation!

Anyone that knows me knows how much we love our animals, we have 3 guinnea pigs, 2 netherland dwarf bunnies and an 11 month old Jack Russell.  If I had to choose my fave it would be the dog, I guess because he is in the house with us all of the time, he's so loving and so bloomin cute!!  His name is Jacobie and we love him to bits, even if he does find the nearest bit of paper to shread all over the carpet just minutes after you've finished hoovering!!!!!!!

We helped my sister to move at the weekend, and in one of her throw out bags was an old hair piece which had gotten a little tatty, so with treats in hand I got Jacobie to model it lol!!!  Don't you think it's suits him?  I just adore him in these pictures and the lion king sprung to mind, hence the inspiration for my scrapbook page which measures 8x8inches, I think I may have to frame it!!

I couldn't believe it when I googled the lion king and saw this little piccie of Simba, with a mane, how perfect! 

thought I'd share a couple more piccies of my little chap.

I've put his cushion on the storage box under my desk which I use as a foot stool, he lays here when I'm being creative!! 

and this is where he sometimes sits when I'm in the living room on the laptop, usually on Facebook!!

Charisma Cardz -Sketch

Good Thursday morning, we have a fab new challenge this week over at Charisma Cardz  we have a really lovely sketch to follow (see below)

For my card I have used an old Tilda image, papers from a freebie pad from my mag, gems and ribbon from my stash!  Different colours for me but I really like it!
