Charisma Cardz -challenge 40

We have a yummy recipe this week at Charisma Cardz which is as follows : 3 flowers - 1 charm & 1 ribbon.
I've used my lovely oh so attidude'y' Sugar Nellie gorjuss girl and a blue theme for this card, only blue because I already had the circle cut out waiting to use when the opportunity arose!!!!!
